  • Signature orchid lei variations generally require 4-5 days’ notice. Custom orchid leis typically require 1- weeks’ notice, depending on flower availability, requested colors, and design details.

  • Our standard orchid lei variations are listed individually on our website, while custom orders are priced based on design details, flower availability, and advance notice. Delivery is offered for an additional fee based on location. If your address does not appear as available at checkout, please submit an inquiry form with the product you are interested in and your delivery address, and we will confirm whether delivery can be arranged based on distance.

  • At Sabi Blooms, we strive to make the experience feel clear, thoughtful, and dependable from start to finish. We focus on communication, care, and creating floral pieces that feel special, polished, and well-suited to the occasion. From the time an order is placed to the time it is delivered, our goal is to provide a process that feels smooth, professional, and made with intention.

  • All orders are final. Because each orchid lei is made to order, cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. Any requested changes are subject to approval and can only be considered before flower sourcing or preparation begins.

  • Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and orchid leis, all sales are final once an order has been delivered. We do not accept returns or exchanges after fulfillment. If your order is materially incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@sabiblooms.com. Natural flower variation, minor substitutions, packaging differences, and seasonal color variation are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

  • Delivery is available for an additional fee based on the delivery zone and destination. All orders are preorder only and require advance notice. Standard orchid lei variations generally require 4-5 days’ notice, while custom orders require 1-2 weeks, depending on flower availability. If your delivery address does not appear as available at checkout, please submit an inquiry form with the item you would like to order and your delivery location, and we will confirm whether delivery can be arranged based on distance.

  • If your address is not accepted at checkout, please submit an inquiry form with the product you are interested in and the delivery location. We review extended-distance requests individually and may still be able to accommodate delivery.

  • The order will be left at the doorstep at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it. A photo will be taken and sent to the customer as confirmation of delivery.

    Once the order has been delivered and the confirmation photo has been provided, Sabi Blooms is no longer responsible for the condition, handling, storage, or security of the order.

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate order information, including the correct delivery address, recipient name, event date, phone number, apartment or unit number, gate code, and any necessary access instructions. Sabi Blooms is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

  • For deliveries to apartments, offices, schools, hospitals, campuses, hotels, gated properties, or other secured locations, the customer is responsible for ensuring that access is available or that the recipient can receive the order at a designated entrance or drop-off point.

  • Exact Delivery Time Not Guaranteed

    Requested delivery dates will be honored whenever possible, but exact delivery times are not guaranteed.

    Sabi Blooms may confirm a smaller delivery window on the day of delivery based on the route and schedule; however, this window is still an estimate and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

    Our standard delivery window is 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Deliveries may be delayed due to traffic, weather, vehicle issues, road closures, accidents, or other unexpected events beyond our control.

    For graduations, ceremonies, and time-sensitive events, we strongly recommend scheduling delivery for the day before the event whenever possible.

    The order will be left at the doorstep of the delivery address. A photo will be taken and sent as confirmation of delivery.
